Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the application form on this site.

What we collect

The information you type into the form: your names, contact details, location, links to your music and profiles, details about your career and any current deals, and your message. We also keep a one-way scrambled version of your internet address to stop the form being flooded; we can't turn it back into the address.

Why we use it

Only to review your application and contact you about working together. We don't sell it and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who sees it

The Krome House team reviewing applications. It is stored with the service providers that run our systems, under their security and confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it

As long as we're reviewing it or working with you. Ask us and we'll delete an application we're not pursuing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent by replying to any email from us or applying again with the request in your message.
